Bryan “Boo” Yuen, co-founder and Executive Vice President, is an expert ad maker and strategist.
During his time in school, Boo wrote for his college’s satire magazine, where he ran two different satirical candidates for student government president, one of whom won the election.
Boo then transitioned from comedy to serious campaigns, working for one of the country’s leading democratic media firms where he rose to become an award-winning ad-maker and strategist.
While Boo is known for developing eye-catching creative, his work as an ad maker and strategist is not just for show; it translates to wins. Boo is an expert at incorporating local details into persuasive communications that help win elections. Some of Boo’s work highlights include helping re-elect Rep. Andy Kim, Rep. Elissa Slotkin, Rep. Jennifer Wexton, and over a dozen wins with the DCCC IE, HMP IE, and SEIU CA.
In addition to helping elect candidates to office, Boo has also worked with companies and issue advocacy groups to craft successful ad campaigns. This work has included producing the corporate values video that kicked off a national brand campaign for a multinational beverage company and an ad campaign supporting the LA Clippers move to Inglewood.

christina jansen

Christina has led operations, budgeting, and strategic planning for political campaigns and organizations across the country, building them from the ground up to win. She now applies that same expertise to a broader set of clients, including corporate and government affairs teams - overseeing paid communications, message development, and program execution. In her current role, she not only advises clients but also runs the day-to-day of the business itself: managing operations, human resources, team leadership, and long-term growth.
cristina gonzález

Cristina González is a political strategist, organizer, and rabble-rouser. She stumbled into politics in 2013 after walking away from a career in television production, volunteering for then-candidate Bill de Blasio. Knocking on doors in Harlem public housing, and later working in the Mayor’s Office, taught her that if government can impoverish, segregate, and malign, it can also provide, uplift, and unite.
She went on to help elect leaders who share that vision, including New York Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, Assembly Member Jessica González-Rojas, City Council candidates Amanda Farías and Rodrigo Camarena, Janos Marton for Manhattan District Attorney, and Zephyr Teachout for Attorney General—where she met Adwell co-founder Cayce McCabe.
Cristina grew up in a Puerto Rican household in Central New York, where politics was strictly off-limits. Even she was surprised when it became her life’s work. In 2021, she merged her campaign experience with her media background, producing political ads. While her years in politics inform her work, she believes it’s her lived experience—as a Latina raised by a single mom, as someone evicted, as a person failed by broken systems—that makes her a powerful communicator and storyteller.
A top priority in her work is making ads for Latinos that are as creative, thoughtful, and effective as those aimed at any other demographic. Ask if we should be talking more to Latinos, and she’ll happily show you a powerpoint on why the answer is absolutely yes.
Cristina lives on Staten Island with her partner, dog and two cats, and enjoys cooking, gardening, boxing, and causing trouble.
