Always a champion for creativity and efficiency, Kevin oversaw a $190 million budget across polling, mail, digital, and television advertising over his three cycles of leadership at the DCCC IE program, covering more than 80 media markets nationwide. His stewardship led to ten victorious competitive special elections, including five where Democratic challengers won Republican-held seats.

Kevin completed his B.A. in International Affairs at The George Washington University. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Kevin now resides in Washington, DC with his wife and two daughters.
