Known for her ability to build broad, winning coalitions, she consistently prioritizes cultural competency and talent diversification in her work. She is deeply committed to assembling teams that are both strategically effective and reflect the values and backgrounds of the Democratic party.

She is an experienced political strategist who has worked on campaigns across the ballot, and recently served as the DCCC’s Incumbent Protection Desk in 2024. She finds joy in reaching diverse coalitions of voters, and specializes in culturally competent messaging.

Camille is also a proud graduate and alumni board member of the Blue Leadership Collaborative, an organization dedicated to recruiting, training, and retaining high-potential Democratic talent that reflects the diversity of the party and the nation.
